THE COMPANY

A convenience retailer with a range of stores across the UK offering fresh, frozen, and food-to-go options are recruiting for their store Warwick / Leamington Spa area.

THE ROLE

The business is going through a period of transformational change and an extensive store-opening and re-fit program. Store sizes range from local convenience stores with to small format supermarkets. Stores are open between 7am – 10pm and the shift pattern for a Store Manager is 39 hours per week which includes one weekend day, and at least one closing shift per week – other than that, the shift pattern is up to you. You’ll be in charge of the store and work closely with a supportive Area Manager.

ABOUT YOU

Their ideal candidate has management experience from a food retailer which could be a supermarket, convenience store, or forecourt retailer. You might already be an experienced store manager or deputy, or alternatively you might be a department manager / shift manager looking to step up and run your own store.
