Procurement Lead – Maternity Cover (12 Months)

What are we looking for?  

If you’re passionate about Procurement and the delivery of outstanding services, then read on. This role is central to supporting the business control our cost base, mitigate risk in our supply chain and importantly deliver social value in our communities. 

Covering a period of maternity leave, this role focuses upon managing our procurement function and providing a framework to support robust contract management across the business.  This is an opportunity for you to step forward and showcase your ability as someone who genuinely makes a difference; capable of meeting the supply needs of the business whilst delivering great outcomes for customers and colleagues.  We want you to be able to demonstrate your experience, outlining how you’ve added value in previous roles in procurement or purchasing. 

It’s not essential that you have worked within the Housing sector, but if you’ve a strong record of delivering a customer centric procurement function backed up with an analytical mindset, get in touch. You’ll be joining the team at an exciting time as we implement the requirements of the Procurement Act 2023 and undertake procurement activity for some of the larger contracts within the business.
