Job Description: Supply Chain Process Manager
Candidate Profile We are seeking a self-motivated, energized, resourceful, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Tactical Supply Chain Manager. The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker with substantial management experience, capable of working independently or collaboratively. You must have a strong background in process redesign and continuous improvement, demonstrating specific policies and projects you have contributed to that have driven organizational success.
You will be experienced in analyzing and generating reports, and you will communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Strong presentation skills are essential. We are looking for a Change Agent who can think outside the box and develop creative solutions.
Role Responsibilities Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Leading and managing a team to ensure top-notch service delivery
- Driving business optimization initiatives
- Spearheading projects within Purchasing & Logistics (Supply Chain)
- Overseeing inventory and demand management
- Managing relationships with logistics providers
- Ensuring effective collaboration across all departments
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Procurement, preferably in an electronic or FMCG environment
- At least 5 years' experience managing small teams
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working with global teams
- Proven track record in process design, redesign, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
