We want to recruit an Assistant Manager who is hands on, commercial and results driven, a retail leader who has a passion for coaching and developing teams, combined with an enthusiasm for delivering world class customer service!! The successful candidate will come from a large format background where you will work at pace but have control of all key departments.
As Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Driving customer service standards in your store
- Driving sales in store and ensuring site profitability
- Training, coaching and developing your team
- Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines
- Achieving store and company KPI's
- Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis
- Being an active presence on your shop floor
