The Opportunity Exciting news – our client is opening a brand-new store in Dalston, and they are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead their team! If you have a passion for fashion retail and a knack for leadership, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise store staff.
• Manage budgets, staff rotas, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Oversee stockroom management, ensuring effective replenishment and stock control.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Liaise with peers and Head Office departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Uphold the highest housekeeping standards within the store.

Working Hours

• Monday: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
• Tuesday: Day Off
• Wednesday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
• Thursday: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
• Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
• Sunday: Day Off
