I am excited to be partnering with a fast-growing luxury goods brand, who are currently looking for a Head of Supply Chain to join their leadership team and take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain operations, whilst managing and developing a small team of supply chain professionals.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, quality and excellence across processes. This is strategic yet hands-on position, perfect for someone passionate about driving operational excellence during a period of growth and transformation.

About the role:

• Manage the end to end supply chain operations, including timely launch of new products to the market, overseeing demand planning, optimising inventory levels, and aligning production capabilities with customer demands.
• Lead procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality sourcing.
• Build and develop key relationships with 3rd party manufacturing and logistics partners.
• Drive quality control, risk management, and business continuity plans.
• Lead the S&OP process and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

About you:

• 7+ years of experience working in a similar leadership position, within the luxury goods/cosmetics/fragrance industry.
• Proven track record of driving and implementing change, as well as optimising processes.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive with a great hands-on approach
