An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Procurement professional to join a growing organisation as an Indirect Buyer

Role responsibilities include;
* Target cost saving & consolidation opportunities whilst maintaining quality and service.
* Analyse current spend and look for opportunities to save costs in line with business KPI's.
* Drive and develop a reliable, sustainable, and robust supply chain.
* Develop and implement contracts and long-term agreements.
* Manage bids and tenders for all contracting work.
* Maintain records of goods ordered and received, ensuring that any issues are fully investigated and resolved.
* Develop and introduce KPI's throughout the indirect categories.
* Ensure compliance with processes and procedures

Key skills required;
* Proven experience as a Buyer
* Indirect Procurement experience
* Strong Negotiation skills
* Good working knowledge of ERP / MRP systems
* IT Literate with Intermediate Excel skills
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
* Motivated and Positive attitude
