About the Role:
Are you ready to put your retail experience to good use and help drive sales across multiple stores in South West London? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to represent our client's products in stores across New Malden, Merton, Twickenham, Wandsworth, Tooting, and Stains Upon Thames.

You will entre the business as an Area Retail Consultant. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid background in retail sales or service, particularly if you’ve coached or mentored others. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with store associates, management, and other key contacts.
• Conduct engaging product knowledge training sessions for store teams, focusing on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
• Promote the brand and product strengths to store teams and customers.
• Identify and capitalise on upselling opportunities, maximising resources at store level.
• Maintain store signage, merchandising displays, and ensure stock levels of promotional materials.
• Organise and execute in-store events to boost product visibility and sales.
• Ensure all in-store activations and business activities are successfully implemented.

What We’re Looking For:

• An experienced retail associate, keyholder, supervisor, or manager.
• Someone who has coached or mentored staff in a retail environment.
• A valid driver’s licence.
