Leading High Street Retailer are seeking an Area Manager to cover stores across the The South West Areas to drive sales across the region.
Key Responsibilities
•    Ensure all KPIs are achieved and manage stock efficiency across your area 
•    Actively support your store managers with recruitment and HR 
•    Provide administrative support 
•    Ensure all targets are hit across all stores, including managing stock across the region 
•    Work with Store Managers to ensure that recruitment and training demands are met 
•    Drive company visions and goals, obtaining buy-in from all staff members
•    Identify trends across various locations and use this to help drive performance across the region
•    Take a commercial approach to delivering sales results across the region

 In order to be successful in this role you must: 
• Have a background in Fashion managing an area of 15 stores  
• Have experience as an area or district manager ideally within a high-volume business 
• Be sales focused 
• Have the ability to manage and motivate staff in order to meet all targets
