Showroom Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, and presentable showroom assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to deal with enquiries in person, over the phone and by email, will be outgoing, highly organised, eager to learn and have a keen interest in furniture design.

• To create an inviting and friendly environment for customers while ensuring the showroom is always presentable.
• Taking down enquiries from customers and answering their questions.
• Conducting showroom visits & assisting customers in selecting the finishes for their
• Other administrative work will be include organising/replying to emails, arranging
appointments for our designers and updating project documents.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service and administration experience would be advantageous.
• Experience using MS Word & Excel.
• A candidate with an interest in interior design is desirable.
• A full UK driving licence is not essential but advantageous.

Established in 1984, we provide bespoke kitchens, bedrooms & bathrooms along with many other aspects of fitted furniture. Over the past 40 years we have provided our services to thousands of clients in the local area, resulting in a large amount of return custom. Our aim is to provide a high level of customer service while carrying out furniture installations that exceed our client’s expectations.

Job Details:
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week.
Based at our Camberley showroom.
Showroom Hours: Monday – Saturday 9am-5pm
Availability to work Saturday’s is a must.
Product training will be provided.
Growth opportunities, including training in our CAD design software.
