Responsibilities within your new role
In your capacity as the Assistant Venue Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations cocktail bar, working closely with the General Manager. You will actively contribute to a meticulously curated drinks programme with a global scope. Additionally, you will be instrumental in shaping venue-level strategy and overseeing the seamless coordination of events.
Maintaining adherence to company standards is imperative, and you will be tasked with ensuring that financial targets are met. Your role is pivotal in upholding the overall excellence of the establishment while contributing to its strategic and financial objectives.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of proven expertise in bar management, backed by a solid background of 4 years in the hospitality industry. In addition, proficiency in crafting cocktails and possession of a personal alcohol license are highly desirable.
Beyond technical qualifications, we value exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to express ideas clearly and engage effectively with both team members and patrons is crucial. Moreover, we are seeking someone with strong organisational acumen, capable of seamlessly managing multiple tasks concurrently.
