If so, Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment has a great opportunity for an ambitious Store Manager to join them to then progress to become a Market Manager or Cluster Manager.

We are looking for a Store Manager that can have full autonomy over store performance, customer experience, event management and business development. The role of a Store Manager will develop to become a Cluster Manager or Market Manager who will be responsible for the performance of several stores.

This is a great role for an experienced premium retailer who can take their next step in their career and actually manage all aspects of the store. Experience of working in a fast-paced retail environment is essential, having a well-known branded and service focused background would be an advantage.

This role will be to manage one store, but, then grow to manage more stores over the coming months and years. The successful store manager will be ambitious, driven, highly motivated and passionate about all aspects of premium and luxury retail.

As a Store Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Driving customer service standards in your store.
• Increase sales in store and ensuring repeat business
• Training, coaching and developing your team.
• Maintain company and brand standards are maintained and exceeded
• Work with a number of key stores in great locations
• Support the other stores with the Regional Manager
• Achieving store and company KPI's.
• Profit protection and stock management
• Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.

Our client's Store Manager role is the ideal next challenge for someone with experience of managing stores and driving results in great stores. We will consider applications from ambitious candidates who want to step up to become a Market Manager or Cluster Managers who want to grow further.

In reward for your hard work, you will receive a basic salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience, plus bonuses, which is reviewed throughout your career and increased based on the growth of the role. A realistic earning potential of over £55-60,000k is there for you to achieve with hard work and success.
