Zachary Daniels is proud to be supporting a luxury brand which prides itself on their British Heritage. This premium specialist now operates as an omni channel retailer with stores across the UK & Europe. They're setting their sights to grow their E-commerce presence to £30m by 2024, whilst also opening more stores across the US & Europe.

This brand have worked with some of the worlds biggest celebrating across fashion, music & film and are now looking to bring on an Assistant Merchandiser to strengthen & support the current merchandising function.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Owning all departmental administrative tasks whilst updating weekly and daily sales for your Assistant Merchandiser

  • Preparing trade reports on a Monday alongside your merchandiser to support the Head of Merchandisers weekly trade meeting with the CEO

  • Confident with presenting any reports that you run along with producing any suggestions and thoughts of your own to the wider team

  • Support merchandiser with analysis for range builds with design whilst reviewing best & worst sellers across your ranges

  • Assist the team with the critical path to ensure stock control is in line with your delivery schedule.

  • Flag any potential delay concerns to your Assistant Merchandiser so you can work through a plan of action to de-risk the impact to stock and sales together

  • Ensure the efficient transportation of stock from supplier to the delivery destination (warehouse or Store) by appropriate shipping method, liaison with Freight Forwarder.

  • Ensure the correct paperwork is received and packing notes are circulated to the relevant Stock holding location.

  • Liaise with the warehouse & store managers regarding intake into their locations.

  • Book confirmed shipments into the Operating system. Liaise with the Merchandiser regarding under and over delivery.

  • Update third party warehouse systems with Advance Shipping Notices.

  • Liaise with the Merchandiser and Store Locations to ensure all Store Replenishments are recorded timely and accurately.

  • Raise accurate PO's for any new or repeat orders with the supply base. Ensuring that all information is accurate.

  • Systems. Assist with the accurate import and input of Product Static data across company and third party system

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to go into an environment where they can have full autonomy with their range. You will be pro active, approachable and commercial. You will be confident with reporting into senior management and will have a strong merchandising background in your early career to now implement new ways of working & reporting tools into a growing business.
