They are now on the look for a Buying Manger to come and join their team and help take them to new heights by elevating their current infrastructure and strategies.

Are you a Senior Buyer or Buying Manager who would be able to emerge themselves into the latest trends, help support range build, key product launches & introduce new suppliers to the business?
If you're now ready to take on a Buyer consultancy approach where you can help guide this prosperous fashion business into its next phase of trading then this could be for you.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Reporting directly into the CEO
• Building the critical path for each season, identifying key product launches, supplier lead times and sign off timeframes
• Reviewing current ways of working practices and applying efficiencies to streamline productivity
• Analyse depth of buy, range width and offer
• Analyse option count and product mix by season and range
• Review the ratio of rebuys vs newness
• Manage the seasonal budget closely with the CEO and buying team to optimise sales at the right time
• Assist and guide the current product team with trends, range building & cost price efficiencies
• Introduce & set up new suppliers to the business to help elevate the brands quality and price points
• Review current COO being utilised and cross costing exercises
• Challenge trading mentalities and performance of the business each week
• Review bottom line margin, generated revenue and the returns rate with the wider team and CEO
• Review all platforms of trading across social media and the e-commerce website to drive correct strategies to drive more consumer visits and basket spend when on site
