As a Customer Service Advisor you will be helping customers with all aspects of their account via multi-channels in a timely and professional fashion.

Client Details

Our client is one of the largest and leading digital retailers based in Manchester. With a fantastic reputation they are now looking to expand their Customer Service team and grow their business with the right talent.


As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be;

  • Handling inbound contact via multi-channels.
  • Resolving customer account queries in a timely manner.
  • Being a true ambassador of the brand, providing a exemplary customer journey.
  • Handling complaints and resolving queries in a timely and professional fashion.


To be successful in this role;

  • Experience within customer service, either face to face or telephone based
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively but also independently
  • Proficient use of MS Office packages
