Internal sales/Trade Counter Assistant
My client is a leading stockholder for construction materials. They are looking for a internal sales/ trade counter assistant to help expand their ever-growing business. Based in Rainham Essex
- Answering inbound calls
- Generate sales enquiries to gain orders.
- Deal with any queries/enquiries from customers.
- Serve on the trade counter
- Excellent customer service
- Processing customer orders
- Offering alternative if the item is out of stock.
- Contact existing customers who have already purchased or lapsed.
- Maintain and gain a good relationship with all customers
- Informing customers of delivery times.
- Have sold a product rather than a service
- Trade counter experience
- Customer service
- Keen eye for detail
- Able to build relationships
Salary depending on experience
