Pay: £10.50 per hour- £11.00 per hour

Location: Manchester Airport

Hours: 6am-14pm, 2pm-2300pm

We're looking for a passionate and an engaging person to tell the story of the brand. As part of the Brand Ambassador team, you'll help us to deliver a memorable experience and make a difference to the customer journey. You’ll be responsible for bringing stories and products to life in ways that are truly inspiring and memorable.

Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional level of customer service
• Offering customers a positive and enthusiastic service
• Prioritising the customer s needs at all times
• Offering great brand and product knowledge
• Adopting a positive approach to selling
• Resolving customer complaints
• Helping to build a customer base that returns to the store time after time
• Target Focussed in driving sales targets and KPI s
• Actively monitor product levels, sales and react to business opportunities to drive sales.

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

• Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times.
• Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment.
• Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received.
• Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional
• incident reporting system.

Requirements:

• You’ll need to be aged 18 years or over at the time of your application.
• Successful candidates will be able to prove their right to work in the UK and provide last 5 years checkable employment/education history to go through the airport security checks.
• Customer Service Experience
• Sales Experience
• Previous experience in Aviation Retail is highly desirable
