Sales Advisor / Sales Executive 

The Company

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with a company who are widely recognised flooring suppliers to find their next Sales Advisor in Wakefield, Leeds, and Harrogate. As the Sales Advisor, you will be the face of the showroom and will focus on the customers, providing them with inspiration and ideas for their new floor.

Main Responsibilities of the Sales Advisor

• Providing excellent face-to-face Customer Service, building rapport with customers to ensure their needs are fully understood and their expectations are exceeded
• As the Sales Advisor you will be representing the company to the highest of standards by providing accurate product knowledge and creating a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Being confident but professional in your approach to selling a luxury product
• Maintaining a top-class service throughout the whole buying process start to finish

Experience and Skills required

• The Sales Advisor will need previous experience working within a Customer Service environment
• Have a strong proven track sales record
• Motivated and driven to hit personal and team targets
• Positive and approachable

What do you get in return? 

• A competitive basic salary up to £25,000 DOE 
• Bonus and commission taking OTE earnings to £30,000 - £35,000 in year 1

Must be happy to work 2 weekends a month on a rotating basis
