One of our well establish clients in the auto trade seek an experienced administrator to join the procurement team. You will form part of a team who are responsible for the procurement and timely delivery of vehicles to meet client demand and need.

This role is based on the immediate outskirts of Leeds, easily accessible by public transport and able to offer a full office based working environment. Hours are 0830 – 1730 with one hour for lunch, 23 days holiday + bank holidays.

Duties of the procurement administrator: -

  • Check the stock administration is correctly processed, ensure the stock / product is delivered with correct items and mark new stock as delivered in a timely manner
  • Check collection/delivery records to invoices
  • Maintain up to date records of compliance documentation
  • Arranging the collection of new stock
  • Ensure all products meet legal requirements prior to delivery
  • Update refunds
  • Maintain the stock database
  • Assisting with the resolutions of internal queries
  • Generate invoices as required
  • Managing a shared email inbox

Skills and Experience Sought

To be considered for this role we want to hear from you if you can demonstrate 2 years of administration experience, gain in an office environment having used MS Excel and internal databases. Any procurement, purchasing, purchase order exposure would be advantageous to your application.

This role will provide training to the suitable applicant, it is essential you have worked within administration previously, as well as data processed accurately and able to problem solve whilst working as part of a team. This role is office based, therefore please ensure you can travel to LS12 on a daily basis from 0830 – 1730.

GCSE Maths & English are essential, functional skill and equivalent qualifications will also be considered
