The successful person will take ownership of Nordic Visitor meeting our margin requirements, while making sure our products remain competitive and provide value. The job includes meeting with suppliers and seek beneficial partnerships for both Nordic Visitor and its suppliers and making sure that services are of an acceptable standard.
We offer a hybrid working model, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home per week.
The key responsibilities of a Purchasing & Product Manager include:
- Contracting with suppliers
- Scouting New Suppliers that align with Nordic Visitors needs
- Securing allocations of hotel rooms
- Responsible for margin requirements
- Other tasks delegated by Purchasing manager.
The Edinburgh office is located at 139/2 George Street in the New Town and at the heart of the city centre. The space is bright and airy and offers comfortable working conditions and a stimulating work environment. Located close to shops, restaurants and the beautiful Princes Street Gardens, the office has views of Edinburgh Castle and Firth of Forth.
