Customer Service / Coordinator

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000k plus benefits + bonus

Type: Full time permanent – normal business hours

Location: Sheffield, M1 – Meadowhall

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large organisation in a Customer Service Coordinator role.  You will be responsible for planning and coordinating customer request, communicating between sales team, production and the clinet.

The key responsibilities: -

  • Managing and communicating with key clients by phone, email and face to face meetings as required
  •  Accurately processing customer quotations and orders to ensure the customer and businesses needs are met
  •  Maintaining and building client relationships
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Managing and communicating with internal departments
  • Accurately processing customer quotations and orders to ensure the customer needs are met
  • Liaising with various departments across the business ensuring the customer journey is not compromised
  • Maintaining and building client relationships;
  • Recording and handling customer complaints, identifying resolutions and communicating these with customers
  • Advising on new products and campaigns to existing customers;

Person Specification: -

  • Excellent and accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft / Excel applications
  • Pragmatic approach to ensuring work is completed right first time and to schedule
