The company based in Bristol are looking for a new Digital Content Manager to join their in-house marketing team. The role will come with ample flexibility with 1 or 2 days a week in the office - whatever suits you. In the role of Digital Content Manager you will be:

  • Developing and supporting the content strategy for all brands and to lead on delivering this, alongside the overall marketing strategy.
  • Digital optimisation - Support the wider team with the day-to-day management of our websites, implementing required content updates in the CMS
    • Lead the delivery of website updates for key campaigns
    • Engage with subject matter experts for input and ensure compliance of all assets
    • Work collaboratively with other team members and third parties where necessary to deliver website development changes
    • Drive improved rankings and CRO
  • Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive execution of a consistent, targeted content creation and delivery programme.
  • Link building - Work with the team to implement an outreach programme to generate high quality links to our brand websites
  • Support brand campaigns, products and propositions from a content perspective
  • Manage the digital element of integration of new acquisitions creating a website presence for all new practices
  • Use Google Analytics, GSC, SEMRUSH, Ahrefs, Stat and other reporting tools to monitor and evaluate digital (website, social and PPC) performance and make recommendations for improvements and report on campaigns
  • Work collaboratively with Local Marketing Managers, Area Managers, Practice Managers and other members of the team to deliver on local marketing plans

Digital Content Manager - Key experience:

  • Educated to degree level, or equivalent
  • Content management experience - developing and leading on a content strategy
  • Experience of developing and championing TOV and brand guidelines
  • Experience of writing multi-channel content, including campaigns, social media, posters and leaflets and website copy
  • Excellent working knowledge of SEO
  • Solid understanding of website systems - experienced in using CMS
  • Experience of co-ordinating video projects and achieving results
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to report on success metrics and ROI using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush and similar tools
  • Works effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written English
