Salary: £25,500 - £27,500 per annum

This exciting role as Store Manager has arisen within a unique jazz and classical music store. Our client boasts a wide-ranging catalogue and decades of experience with expert classical music knowledge. Our client has been in business for over 36 years and has one of the most significant online sites for music products in the world!

Your role as Store Manager will involve working along side outstanding data and unique editorial content. As Store Manager you will operate the smooth running of the music store, manage up to 7 store staff with strong leadership and excellent communication skills. As Store Manager you will be responsible for shop staffing and rotas, maximising sales through regular reviews of range and pricing.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Passionate about music
  • Strong and confident leader an able to make decisions on own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing or leading a small team of people
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in busy retail environment
  • Ability to play a musical instrument would be beneficial.
