Purpose of the Role
Aesop seeks a dedicated Store Manager to oversee our Aesop Broadway Market store, in London. The successful applicant will have flexible availability. This is a full-time position and you will be required to work 5 days per week.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading and developing a team, building the store’s clientele and operating the store at excellence level. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a skilled professional, able to grace this role with diligence and passion.
You will possess a high standard of organisation, time management and commercial capability. You will be responsible to motivate, coach and lead a team of seasoned and new Retail Consultants. An ability to create a unique Aesop experience with core customers will be important, along with creating key relationships with stakeholders and local businesses.
To be successful, you will have -

Management experience in retail as Manager or Assistant Manager

Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive results
-
The confidence to sell products requiring specialist knowledge

A willingness to embrace demonstration-based sales techniques
-
Commercial acumen – demonstrated experience in driving business KPI’s, staff planning, inventory etc.

Excellent communication skills and merchandising abilities – including the capacity to converse warmly and effortlessly with customers

Computer literacy encompassing strong familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite

Deep affinity of the Aesop brand and its values

Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
