Regional Sales Manager – Luxury Brand

There’s nothing worse than representing a product or brand that you don’t believe in, is there?

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work closely with the UK Sales Manager to support and develop a market-leading network of independent retailers who stock and sell the brand’s products. As a breakdown, you’ll spend around 70% of your time developing existing accounts and 30% working to generate new business within your territory.

With existing accounts, your focus will be on analysing performance, identifying opportunities to improve, and resolving any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. You’ll then work with retailers, providing training and guidance to increase turnover and drive towards exclusivity.  

As for generating new business, you’ll use your initiative to spot and approach new business opportunities, attend trade and county shows as required, and network effectively within the industry.

About you

To be successful in the role, you’ll rely on existing experience and a proven track record in both generating new business and managing/developing existing accounts. You’ll also be confident in creating clear sales plans, projections, and reports using the Microsoft Office Suite.

You’ll be highly organised and comfortable working to targets and deadlines. You’ll also hold a full UK driving license and be happy to travel throughout your territory with the odd overnight stay.

Experience with NetSuite, QlikView and/or Salesforce would be advantageous but is not essential.
