Full time permanent – Monday to Friday – 9 – 12 month Maternity

Salary upto £25,000k

Our client is a leading global organisation and this is an excellent opportunity to join in a senior HR Administrator maternity cover role. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the great HR team to help support with HR general advice, support with HR administration, resourcing & on-boarding of new starters. You will develop strong relationships connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, providing generalist HR to the business.


  • To provide HR advice and support on casework including sickness management, disciplinary, grievance and generalist HR
  •  Promote the organisations vision, values, purpose and method through the recruitment process
  •  Take a lead, develop and grow the collaboration within a learning community to share good practise and support the workforce
  • To support the HR Manager; reviewing and updating changes to legislation and reviewing policies and procedures
  • Provide advice and support to managers on HR casework and restructuring activity across organisation
  • Managing general HR queries via telephone, email
  • Carrying out HR administration tasks as required from processing starters/leavers, offer letters, application & new starter forms
  • Maintain personnel records on the personnel system in areas such as contracts, salary, training
  • Keeping up to date on employment law issues and forthcoming legislation
  • To ensure written offers of employment and employment checks are carried out in line with company policy
  • On-boarding new employees
  • To ensure all new employees complete the company induction
