A global business with both a B2B and DTC arm, our client has a very strong reputation in their market. The position of Head of eCommerce is a newly created role and a pivotal role in the continued online growth across a portfolio of eCommerce and marketplace sites.

You will lead from the front as you manage a small team, gaining wider stakeholder engagement and ultimately be responsible for the commercial performance of digital.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing agencies to continually evolve the e-commerce plan, being seen as the leader in the field
  • Drive CRO, UX and regularly report insight, performance and opportunities to the group
  • Create and implement quality marketing campaigns, owning SEO, PPC, Display, e-mail and Social Media activities
  • Plan and deliver growth across Amazon and marketplace accounts
  • Work with wider marketing to ensure a joined up omni-channel approach
  • Define and prioritise product roadmaps, enabling agile methodologies and an enhanced UX

  • e-Commerce/ marketing experience including mobile, web, marketplace and driving digital transformation activities
  • Experience of Platform / CMS is essential and Magento desirable
  • Highly analytical and commercial, data led in decision making
  • Online merchandising and online marketing experience including content, social, seo
  • An energetic and passionate leadership style

A hybrid working model has been adopted with the expectation to spend approximately 2 days a week in the office.
