Since 2008, the Group has been an award-winning independent retailer and they’ve successfully secured a recent investment of £3.9m with a large institutional investor. This will be used to fund a national store roll-out to put them on the map as the premier retail destination in their sector.

What would I be doing day to day?

Working within their customer service office, the Customer Service agents play a fundamental role in the business, being the first port of call to existing customers. Your day-to-day role would include:

  • Working in the customer service office as part of the customer service team.
  • Receiving inbound calls and making outbound to existing customers
  • Building rapport with customers
  • Liaising with key stakeholders and suppliers
  • Booking engineer appointments

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Salary: the basic salary is £18,525 with a bonus scheme giving potential earnings of £19,825.
