Exciting opportunity for a Sales Advisor to join a dynamic company in Bristol.
To deliver the best possible customer experience by engaging with customers, building rapport with them and exploring all the products required to create something beautiful before making a sale. In addition to this they must discharge the operational tasks required within a well-functioning branch including warehousing & administration
Greet & approach trade & retail customers
Build rapport with customers and suggest to them suitable products for their project
Provide advice and educate both retail and trade customers with product knowledge
Input orders onto computer system
Make contact with customers over phone and email
Ensure both current and redundant paperwork is filed and stored safely and logically so that documents can be readily retrieved
Follow company Health and Safety policy
Report any breaches of company policy to line or senior managers
Contribute to tidiness and cleanliness of branch (both inside and local area outside) without prompting
Keep stock tidy and safe in store and warehouse
Process Customer orders & stock from delivery
Merchandising of new product into the branch
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Maintain productive working relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers
Demonstrate ability to remain calm and focused when under pressure
Demonstrate proactivity- setting own tasks without waiting for instruction
Follow all safe working practices within the Health & Safety manual
Be open and embrace branch and role changes made in drive for improvement of the store processes & team development
Salary is in the region of £21,500 + excellent benefits .
