Customer Service Executive

A great opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Executive to join a friendly and supportive team. With proven experience in providing excellent customer service, with the ability to seek opportunities and promote further products and brands, you will be joining a company who is a UK leading Supplier of Health & Safety Workwear and Workplace supplies.

As the Customer Service Executive you will:

  • Deal with all customer queries and requests for product and service information promptly, efficiently, and courteously
  • Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and aligned to Customer Experience and service time objectives
  • Call existing customers to generate repeat orders, whilst seeking further opportunities to promote and offer further products and special offers, in line with targets and KPIs
  • Demonstrate a desire to understand customer needs and listen to what they are saying
  • Manage customer’s local contractual requirements, requests and concerns quickly and efficiently
  • Nurture good customer relationships and recognise commercial opportunities.
  • Achieve company service excellence KPI's
  • Assist in resolving issues or challenges a customers may have
  • Support the sales plan that is focussed achieving the Service Centre objectives
  • Support Account Managers with administration duties i.e.: quotations, orders & samples
  • Understand each customer’s requirements & needs, ensuring data systems are kept up to date
  • Promote digital trading to all customers and arrange required demos and access rights
  • Analyse customer accounts and reports, to identify customer trends and spot opportunities for ways to increase sales and offer alternatives
  • To be an integral part of the team to assist in the achievement of branch sales and offering excellent customer service
  • Manage out of stock items by communicating with purchasing and keeping customers informed
  • Create effective communications and strong working relationships with all internal and external teams to ensure maximum customer service levels are provided

In return you will receive a salary of £19,695 – £20,400, plus bonus earnings and benefits package.

Full time hours, office based. Monday to Friday, between 8:00am – 5:30pm.
