You will be an integral member of the stores success, ensuring that you are present on the shop floor to coach, train and manage the sale team to deliver company standards in excellent customer service.
In this busy fast pace environment, you will be the face of the brand, living their core values and visions, setting the best examples. Managing and dealing with all customer queries and complaints, ensuring store standards are set to the highest standards, setting the day up and running the store in the absence of senior management. You will be a key holder and responsibility of opening and closing the store, handling cash and following company procedures. IF YOU HAVE THESE EXPERIENCES:
*Experience of working a £1 million fast pace turnover store.
*Supervising a team of 5 or more.
*Coaching, training and developing team members.
*Knowledge, interest and passion about fashion and latest trends.
*Delivering a high level of customer service on a one to one level, offering styling advice and being adaptable to each individual walking through the door.
*Open and closing a store - Key holder responsibilities.
*Health and Safety awareness.
*Motivating and delegation skills.
