You should have the passion and leadership skills to motivate a team of staff and volunteers; and team members who are commercially aware, driven, well organised and hands on to maximise profits and generate stock, helping us raise valuable funds.

About Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW):
An established and successful charity, Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW) provides hospice care for children with life limiting conditions and their families in the South West of England.
Location: Wadebridge, Cornwall
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week - to include weekend working, bank holidays and seasonal late nights
Salary: £20,626 - £22,135 per annum
