Page Personnel are recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join them for an interim role of 6 months.
The client is very busy business within the retail sector in Leeds. The HR department and recruitment needs are extremely busy at the moment and they are looking for some help for the next 6 months. There is an opportunity for this to extend longer than 6 months for the right candidate.
The responsibilities will be; to be involved in sourcing talent for the wider business, working closely with the Resource Specialist and managing all general enquiries received by the team, Writing and publishing adverts to job boards and social media including Indeed and LinkedIn, Sifting applications and delivering shortlists to hiring managers paying close attention to detail on CVs including skills, background, location and individual requirements, Offering relevant updates to managers and the HR team regarding the status of active vacancies such as interviews scheduled, offers pending and recruitment agency activity, Maintaining recruitment documents and spreadsheets to support accurate reporting for finance and the wider business, Liaising with candidates in order to keep them updated on their application, offering information about interviews, job descriptions and any general requirements they and the business might have, Working closely with HR to manage offers through on-boarding to start date, offering clear and concise information in appropriate timescales.
- Recruitment Administration experience of 1 year minimum
