Our client is the UK division of a global retailer and due to continuing growth in the e-commerce business we are now recruiting an additional Inbound Customer Service Advisor.
Your primary responsibility will be to answer inbound calls from web customers who may have queries regarding products, availability or delivery, or general issues with placing an order online.
These enquiries may be either by phone or over their webchat portal so good communication skills and experience in a similar customer service role is essential.
Please note that the working hours for this role will be Monday to Friday, 12pm - 9pm.
Due to the fact that this role works until 9pm, once you have completed a period of training over your first few weeks, you will have the option to work from home or the office in Bristol - whichever you prefer.
