PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Our client is opening a new flagship space in the West End of London to launch the next phase of their product and are looking for an Assistant Store Manager. Based in a luxury environment, you will be working closely with the Store Manager and Head of Retail to come up with innovative ideas for the brand. You will also be helping to manage, motivate and support a team of Retail Assistants.
The industry sits within genetics and skincare and they are looking for a candidate who is ready for the next step in their career and with a background in skincare.
The role is 40 hours per week across 7 days.
Rotas, reports and monitoring staff activity
- Recruitment, staff retention and succession planning
- Motivate, champion and support the team
- Lead floor walks and ensue a quality representation of the store at all times
It is essential that you have proven retail experience gained within skincare or beauty. An interest in genetics and nutrition would be desirable as well.
