About the Job

Do you want to support our Account Managers to offer the best service to our clients, by supporting with phone calls, order entry and email correspondence with our business partners?

This is an administrative customer facing role where you will cover and support Account Managers in growing sales across Europe.

Duties to include:

  • Calling independent retail outlets to confirm orders, perform monthly stock checks and to ensure that they have the right range in stock
  • Responding to all client enquiries regarding services and products via email
  • Processing customer orders using CRM database
  • Act as out-of-office contact for team members
  • Coordinate correspondence between Account Managers and clients for sales order related updates and issues including; product, pricing, delivery issues etc. and offering acceptable solutions 
  • Liaising with Account Managers to see what additional tasks they want support with
  • Assisting on projects working closely with the European Sales Team  

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and speed in order entry and e-mail communication to clients
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in all languages
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to multi-task and high organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Positive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships with business partners and colleagues

Other Essential Information

Language ability: Business fluency in English plus ONE of the following languages is desirable; German, Polish, Swedish, French, Italian, Spanish, Finnish, Dutch.

Start Date: This is a 3 month temporary position with the possibility of being extended beyond this. Potential future permanent roles in the business would be phone based. If selected, interviews will be held Thursday 17th June with a projected start date of Monday 21st June.

Location: This is an office based job so you must live in Nottingham or a commutable distance to the head office in Lenton, Nottingham.
