My Client are looking for a Senior Sales Administrator to join the growing team! You will be supporting a global business as an administrator and analyst in the sales and business development team. You will be responsible for managing a Junior Sales Administrator while also ensuring the liaison between our EMEA Sales and Operations teams, analyzing and reporting on sales, trends, marketplace and customer information and coordinating New Vendor set-ups.

  • Coach, guide and train a Junior Sales Administrator that will be a direct report
  • Develop (where necessary) and maintain sales reporting that will be shared cross functionally
  • In-depth analysis of sales reports from customers and marketplace data that can provide action oriented recommendations
  • Work cross functionally with operations, sales, marketing and finance to ensure accurate information on shipments, revenue, and account performance is reported on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Oversee order processing and account maintenance globally, including but not limited to:
    • Processing complex orders in a timely manner via telephone, email, EDI and/or fax
    • Answering telephone calls and messages regarding the status of an order
    • Replying and managing high volume of emails from the Customers as well as other departments
    • Ensuring orders are error free
    • Checking order status, inventory and making changes to existing orders multiple
    • Pull orders forward to meet revised delivery dates
    • Communicating product or procedure changes to applicable party
    • Processing returns and refunds
  • Oversee new vendors set-up and inbound sales leads
    • Work cross functionally with sales, operations, legal and finance to complete complex New Vendor set-ups within schedule
    • Respond to and onboard any new sales leads that come through the website across all channels
    • Provide all required documentation for new customers
    • Coordinate and schedule with team any training needs required
  • Prepare and present monthly EMEA category market activities report
  • Create, maintain and present when required a view on market trends, competitor analysis and partner platform for each region
  • Assist with special projects as needed


  • 3+ years of relevant experience, with a university degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience with CRMs (Netsuite and Salesforce a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail, highly organized
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers that will allow for influencing, managing interdependencies, and delivering results
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Proficiency with both Microsoft Office and GSuite applications and ability to learn new programs
  • Ability to work well in fast-paced, professional environment while navigating complex sales process and multi-stakeholder projects
  • Self starter that is able to adapt to change quickly and with minimal supervision
