Real Flame have pioneered the development and supply of fireplaces within London for both the Domestic and Commercial market for over 45 years. Since new ownership in 2008 Real Flame have expanded our product range to offer every type of fireplace available, as well as the vast majority of products being made bespoke / to order for our clientele.
We offer a start to finish service from quotation, through manufacturing and installation across London.
Our portfolio of products and services are often tailor made for each project and as such requires a high level of attention to detail not commonly found within our competitors.
About your Role:
You will be joining our successful Sales Team providing an impeccable service based at our Showroom in New Kings Road, Fulham. As a Sales Consultant you will have a competitive base Salary and benefit from a Commission structure on closed sales.
Your day to day tasks will be seeing the sales process through from quotation to completion with eventual expert levels of knowledge, working with both Domestic clientele and Design/Architect clientele directly.
You will be expected to have the correct mindset to learn quickly with a high attention to detail. To be successful within this role you will be expected to understand Architect drawings and have the ability to have a strong business rapport with commercial clientele.
Upon joining the team, you will undergo a thorough six month training/probation period, to which you will confirm your full employment upon successful completion. Throughout this period, you will be required to meet reduced targets in line with the growth of your experience.
With the support of your colleagues and the right mentality you will grow your knowledge to become a key member to our sales team.
Other secondary responsibilities of note include maintaining the upkeep of the showroom displays, assisting with receiving of goods and general customer service.The ideal candidate will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. You act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.
- Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
- Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
- Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals
Qualifications / Requirements:
- 3+ Years of established sales experience.
- Experience and ability to close sales both in person and over the phone/email
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Highly self-motivated and organised, with strong administration skills.
- Enjoy working with a high attention for detail and take pride in their achievements.
- Whilst Managerial experience is not essential it will be seen as favourable for future development and growth.
Starting Salary for this role is £20,000 per annum. Increasing to £24,000 upon sucessful completion of a 6 month probation peroid.
Inclusive also of a Commission Pacakge adding £10,000 per annum to your base salary, upon achieving sales targets. The Commission Package is also uncapped.
