£26,000 - £30,000/annum + bonus

Hours: 37.5 (hours to be worked flexibly Monday –  Saturday between 08:00 – 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 – 18:00)

The Opportunity:

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside a well-known and respected global client, who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and ambitious Assistant Manager, to join their brand-new experience centre, which will be opening in May 2021.

As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Experience Centre, developing and supervising the team, recruiting and training new starters and additionally, able to support and fulfil the duties of the Experience Centre Manager when required. Additionally, as Assistant Manager, you will be committed to dealing with and finding a solution for all enquiries or indeed a rare complaint.

The successful Assistant Manager will also be responsible for ensuring sales targets are achieved and KPI’s are met within the team and Centre. You will also be responsible for and passionate about ensuring all customers within the showroom environment receive premium levels of customer service to compliment the brands premium reputation.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working as an Assistant Manager within a luxury retail environment
  • Sales focused, with the experience of working directly with team members in ensuring targets are hit
  • Motivated and ambitious to drive the business forward
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Commercially driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent face to face communication and telephone manner
