£72,000 - £90,000/annum OTE and Company Car

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Manager level candidate to be responsible for a number of stores with a retailer who are growing, developing and progressing fantastically well! The successful candidate will join the business as at senior level where you will be able to influence strategy, drive results and make an impact across your region and the country.

The successful Regional Manager will be an inspirational leader who can develop people, drive results and deliver a fantastic service to customers. You will be able to work with the Senior leadership team to drive through operational improvements, increase the levels of customer service across the business and roll out new sales initiatives and strategies.

We want a Regional Manager to come from an assisted sales environment, this is not a hard sales culture - results at all cost ARE NOT what we are looking for. People are key to our success, we have an amazing product range, but we want a leader to work WITH the managers and have customer service at the heart of all they do. We are open to discussing this role with senior candidates who can apply their sales drive and skills from different retail sales disciplines i.e., telecoms, technology, flooring, furniture, beds, flooring, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms etc.

Key qualities we need in our new Regional Manager:

  • Drive sales on a consistent basis
  • Able to motivate, inspire and drive your teams to deliver results
  • Lead through inspiration, communication and collaboration
  • Develop a strong service culture
  • Elevate current sales performance
  • Strong margin analysis experience to drive sales with customers and clients
  • Assisted sales/big ticket sales experience at multi-site level preferred
  • Analyse the business for operational improvements
  • Able to drive sales with Store Managers
  • Passionate about retail and the customer journey!
