Large international manufacturing company is seeking an experienced administrator to manage supplier contracts and the required and agreed supply of product.
Candidates should be highly organised and effective communicators, experienced in liaising with both internal stakeholders and external contract providers.
Providing admin support to a team of Buyers, managing all supply contracts and communicating with suppliers regarding international supply chain and transport.
Main responsibility is to ensure accurate recording and storage of all contractual paperwork and agreements in the company's central archive. Experience using Adobe Document Cloud Solution would be a distinct advantage.
Candidates must be proficient users of MS Office applications, including Outlook, Skype and Excel.
