My client, a successful B2C business in Liverpool is recruiting an experienced Receptionist to join their friendly, dynamic team. If you have recent front of house reception experience within a commercial business, then please get in touch!


  • Provide general office support at front desk
  • Answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate colleagues
  • Mail Distribution
  • Flow of correspondence across all departments
  • Requisition of supplies
  • Additional Clerical duties
  • General Office Administrative duties 

Skills Required:

Must have recent front of house reception experience within a commercial business

Experience of working in a similar reception role is essential

Must have strong communication and personable skills

Ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally

Excellent microsoft office knowledge is essential

Possess strong administration skills

Professional telephone manner and well presented

Company Benefits:

Salary up to £20k

Hours 8.30am-5pm office based

20 days holiday + bank holidays
