Product Analyst £25,000 - £30,000 + excellent benefits
Great opportunity for an experienced Product Analyst with strong IT product knowledge to join a forward thinking, innovative and expanding IT solutions business located on the outskirts of Nottingham.
Reporting into their Procurement Manager you will be responsible for managing product data and information held on their systems and used in the services that they deliver. This will include accountability for the completeness and accuracy of their parts data held on their Inventory Management System and keeping up to date with OEM product releases and updates. You will also be expected to work closely with the supply chain and their partner network and build strong relationships internally with other teams.
Product Management: relating to own part chains, alternatives, successors, and predecessors. Management of product types; importing templates / data translation for onboarding new contract and working with internal bid / business take-on teams for data warehousing projects.
Systems Maintenance: updating and maintaining part records (numbers, notes, ranges, models); understanding and linking part categorisation codes, subgroups, and supply chains, maintain product notifications, data cleansing.
Procurement: working with and developing strong relationships with supply chain and customers
Strong IT product knowledge is essential as is a methodical and practical approach, an ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative and a shared belief in their core values: Pride, Respect, Innovate, Deliver and Embrace within the business.
