We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Bid Manager, to join us on a permanent basis at our Redditch site.

You’ll be providing bid management support to the wider Arcus organisation. You’ll work closely with the Business Development team supporting the whole end-to-end bid process, working closely with your team to create winning solutions whilst managing and writing creative and innovative bids tailored to the requirements of each client.

As Arcus continues to grow, you’ll be managing multiple bids at any one time. You’ll thrive working within a fast-paced environment whilst building and maintaining key working relationships with clients and your team.  It’ll be rewarding to see your successful bids building and seeing the pipeline growing resulting in the business achieving its targets.

You’ll be ambitious, results-driven, articulate, and resilient, with excellent communication and written skills. You’ll have worked in a similar fast-paced role and be able to ‘hit the ground’ running and be able to get on board with our systems quickly.  For the right candidate there are ample career progression routes within the business. 

To be successful, you will have:

A good understanding and experience of bid management coupled with strong communication and written skills. You’ll be proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.  It’s essential you’ve gained your experience within both soft and hard services.

•    Salary £43,000 ( negotiable dependent on experience)

•    10% bonus scheme, subject to achievement of targets.
