Work Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00am - 05:00pm
My client is looking for an experience Procurement Manager develop, manage and promote the performance of the Company's procurement service across the Nottingham by providing strategic and operational direction to Assistant Director (Finance and Procurement) working with customers and other key stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring Company procurement and contracts provide excellent Value for Money (VFM and deliver works, goods and services which fully meet the needs of the business within budget resources.
*Proven experience of working with Contracts and within a value for money framework
*Significant and comprehensive evidence of production and management of UK and EU tenders to the highest standard
*Comprehensive working knowledge of all relevant procurement legislation and regulations, including UK & EU Regs, Financial Regulations, Company Standing Orders etc.
*Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Standards
*Evidence of managing people to deliver excellent services that deliver value for money
