Summary of role
The role encompasses developing and processing retail sales enquiries together with other associated tasks to support the retail sector, as defined within the main responsibilities of the job description, by telephone, e-mail and post.
The role will include the duties as detailed below together with other sales and administration activities as necessary, as appointed by the management team and Directors.
Experience and Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Telephone and or retail sales experience
- Confident and enthusiastic telephone phone manner
- Initiative and excellent organisational skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, Sage and ACT or similar database
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Prioritisation of workload
This is a full time role based in an office near Hook, you must be able to drive as the location is remote. Hours are full time - Monday to Friday - 8.30-5.00 plus 23 days holiday and performance related bonus. pension and free parking.
