Field/Home Based Sales Executive - Construction/Fabrication Consumables.

We are part of a large privately owned German group, with over 4000 employees and an annual turnover in excess of €600m. We sell an ever increasing range of Reca Brand and non brand industrial consumables, used in cutting, grinding, shaping, drilling, fixing and finishing within the construction, engineering, fabrication and assembly trades.

You either want to be, or you are already, a good all-round Sales Executive, looking to join a UK sales team of over 85 home & field based 'Area Development Managers'.

The current climate dictates that we service our customers, along with securing new customers, via a mix of Field Sales and Telesales activities.
This is a highly autonomous role, gaining success through a high call rate and utilising transferable selling skills into this competitive B2B market.

A customer base exists, but needs expanding on an ongoing basis by new business acquisition and product range extension into existing customers. 

Whilst vast sales and industry experience helps, we are proud of our ongoing commitment to product & sales training, so we welcome applications from candidates who are only 1 or 2 years into their sales career, from a Telesales background, Trade-Counter sales professionals or from retail sales professionals (looking for a Monday to Friday routine) that are interested in their first Field Sales role. Attitude and appetite is the key!
