Staffed UP are pleased to be acting on behalf of Specsavers with exciting opportunities for Retail Sales Executives to join their teams across Bournemouth.
The role offers a great salary and bonus structures while coaching you through a phenomenal proven progression path with previous members of the team starting as Optical Sales Executives and progressing to Retail or Ophthalmic Directors, owning their own businesses.
You will be responsible for providing the highest standard of face to face customer service and ensuring the best possible journey from the customer entering the store to the dispensing of glasses.
Retail Sales Executive daily duties include:
- Attending and contributing to daily team huddles and weekly training
- Handling customer concerns and objections to deliver what the customer needs
- Upselling of products and services
- Working to sales targets in a competitive market
- Working within a team to ensure high customer standards and service are met
What you will receive:
- 3 days off per week (shifts are 10 hours over 4 days between 9am - 8pm)
