Purpose of the Role

**12 month Fixed term contract**

The Concession Project Manager's primary functions are to deliver top line sales and EBITDA in concessions locations across UK and EU as well as to oversee compliance & expense control to maximise profitability and deliver the required support to the EU Concession field team to avoid any interruption from day to day business activities.

The Concession Project Manager is responsible for planning and phasing project activity, working closely with all key head office departments to ensure that approved projects are delivered in a timely manner.

The Concession Project Manager must deliver an outstanding service in all areas for which they are responsible for, in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee Concession Operations annual budget based on approved financial plan and keep track of costs each month to ensure budgets are not over spent

Oversee compliance for field payroll hours and expenses and with Regional Sales Manager (RSM) & Territory Vice President (TVP) to maximise efficiencies

Monitor Merchandiser and District Manager expenses, reviewing initial reports and forwarding to RSM & TVP for final approval and sign off

Review of expense control for all programmes with monthly review for out of guidelines and non-compliance with necessary action taken and follow up to resolution at all field levels

Travel Programmes - Develops and maintains necessary Policy/Procedures, expense reporting, visa usage

Develop and suggest new structures of implementing merchandiser models across Europe as concessions grow. Collaborate with field and Business Development to map out routes and merchandiser areas

Be the point of contact for all departments involved with concessions, these include The Business Development team, HR, IT, Allocations, Operations, In-store Presentation, Loss Prevention and also Senior Management team

Travel to concession locations to review process and procedures to ensure they are being adhered to. Support field team with challenges and improve/update processes where required

Communicate closely with counterparts in North America (NA) to ensure EU & NA are following the same processes where possible

Oversees new concession stores and store closings acting as a liaison between field and Real Estate/Construction/ Allocations/ Logistics/ Business Development departments

Oversee communication of project activity to Field Teams and Support Functions within Europe

Develop and update Policy & Procedures to ensure we are working at optimum levels of performance

Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to the relevant stakeholders

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis and devise contingency plans

Conduct project reviews and create recommendation reports in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

Give regular feedback and recommendations to both the Global TVP for concessions and the Director of Business Development, highlighting key areas where appropriate

Work with field management teams to plan and manage on an ongoing basis all key activity dates for Stores, ensuring that they meet the needs of the business

Experience/Qualifications

Experience in a Store Support, Operations or field management role

Has proven track record on delivering projects

Proven track record of coordinating office departments

Experience of working to tight deadlines

Experience of working in a fashion multi-store environment

Experience of working with countries across Europe

Degree or equivalent preferred

Strong organisational and problem solving skills

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbal and written
