Butler Ross are recruiting on behalf of a major organisation in central Birmingham (although home based at the moment due to Covid) for a Procurement Manager to develop and manage effective procurement policies and processes.

This role is working in an OJEU regulated environment therefore prior experience with the public contracts regulations (PCR) or the utilities contracts regulations (UCR) is essential. Experience with construction procurement (ideally major infrastructure projects) and NEC forms of contract is strongly preferred. Accountabilities include the development and management of policies, processes and templates to aid governance, implementing reviews processes to highlight non-compliance and delivering process improvement workshops and policy and process training.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly, high performing, procurement team in a modern office environment. Depending on experience this Procurement Manager role could suit somebody working in a Procurement Manager, Purchasing Manager, Category Manager, Sourcing Manager or other similar role.
